A variety of weapons and related equipment was found in the tomb of Tutankhamun, such as bows and arrows (and their accompanying wrist-guards, quivers and bow-cases), chariots, throwing sticks, clubs and daggers. Bows in particular feature prominently. This talk presents an overview of the weaponry from the tomb with a focus on the bows and related equipment, discussing among others their manufacture and potential for actual use.
